The Process
At Gem Design we like to work using the following process:
Initial Meeting/Discussion
After your initial enquiry we can begin discussions about your requirements. This can be in person, by phone or email and will give us the opportunity to listen to your needs and learn about your business. It is always useful from the offset to have an idea of the pages and structure you would like for the website. We will then determine the scope of the project and what information we will need you to provide. A deposit of 20% is required at this point.
Design
We will present you with several design ideas which can then be discussed. You may like one in particular or like different things about each design. Taking on board your comments, we will take them away and present you with the final design.
Build
We will build the shell of your website and present this to you for any final adjustments. A payment of 40% is required at this stage.
Content Population
Your website is now ready to be populated with content and imagery. once this is complete, your site is ready to go live. The final payment of 40% is required on completion and sign off of the project.
